Tonic RC 24x4 Stackable Parts Tray "Strip"

I initially designed these parts trays to be used with micro scale RC projects. I wanted each “well” to be small and non-magnetized. I found that magnetized parts trays often require more effort to get parts out than any benefit keeping the parts in. I discovered that I like using these trays for large scale projects too, as it helps isolate more parts into separate wells.

I also designed it so these trays can stack with one another, including trays of other sizes. The inner "bubble area" of the logo is inset with hardened clear resin. I also found that the white trays seem to have more visibility/contrast when looking for the actual parts in the tray than darker colored trays (but the black trays looks so cool, I decided to include it as an option anyway).

Trays come in black or white and an option for a 3-pack bundle for added savings.

These trays are also available in 24x10 and 10x10 variants.

Tips: Some parts may still have some support tree remnants. Using needle nose pliers can pluck those stray strands off the main part. You can also sand down the parts to make them smooth, but be aware that it may lighten or dull the sanded area as compared to the rest of the part if you don't plan on painting them (I didn't paint any of the black parts and kept them bare). If a bolt needs to get through a stubborn hole, a hole reamer or even a simple hex driver may be all that's needed to make the hole larger for the bolt. Some of the large flat surfaces with speckled/rough texture may have residual hot bed adhesion glue residue still on them. If you want to remove that slightly sticky surface, simply clean it with warm water and a micro dot of dish soap (and a soft green Brillo pad can be used to help get the residue off faster).
